Support And Treatment Hotline

Parents of young adolescents (12-16),   Parents of older teens/young adults (17-25),   Parents of adult children

This helpline provides free and confidential information in English and Spanish for individuals and family members facing substance abuse and mental health issues who are interested in learning about available treatment options or other resources. Someone is available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before you call, write down the type of information that you are looking for or the problem you want to address. The more specific you can be about your needs, the greater the chance that the hotline staff can meet your needs.

How to Use

When you call, you will be prompted to select from the following options:

1: Talk to someone about finding treatment or to request resources on alcohol or drugs.

2: Learn about local substance abuse treatment referral information by state.

Who Should Use

Anyone that is faced with a loved one’s substance abuse or mental health issues may find this resource helpful, including parents and family members of young adolescents (12-16); older teens/young adults (17-25); and parents of adult children.
